The Durotriges Project was set up to investigate the nature of settlement and burial in Iron Age and Roman Dorset. With three later Bronze Age settlements, an Iron Age banjo enclosure, two later Iron Age settlements, three cemeteries, a Roman villa and three areas of post-Roman settlement now investigated, what has the project told us about the prehistory and Roman period and what new work is planned for 2018?
