Jenny Head and Anne Johns will tell the story of Salisbury Teacher Training College (later known as The College of Sarum St Michael) from 1841 until its closure in 1978. The talk will be illustrated with a wide range of original photographs and draws on the words of staff and students from the college. This is all the more fascinating as the building is now known as The King’s House, home to Salisbury Museum.
