Great British Summer Savings

The Great British Summer Savings scheme is a government initiative aimed at reducing the cost of family activities during the summer months. The scheme includes a temporary VAT reduction on eligible activities, such as children’s meals in restaurants, tickets for cinemas and theatres, and entry to attractions like soft play, adventure centres, museums and theme parks. The scheme is designed to help families enjoy their summer days out for less while supporting local businesses that rely on summer footfall.

Running from 25th June – 1st September 2026, Salisbury Museum is taking part in the scheme and reducing admission prices for all visitors.

Our café is also reducing the prices on their children’s menu .

You can buy your reduced tickets in advance online or at the museum on the day.

We look forward to seeing you over the summer!
