Dinner with Rex: An Evening in the King’s Room

Thursday, September 26, 2024

Join us for a fine dining experience in the newly restored King’s Room in the final week of the Rex Whistler exhibition.

Commencing with an introductory talk and viewing of our special exhibition Rex Whistler: The Artist and His Patrons with curator Dr. Nikki Frater, we invite our guests to then sit down and enjoy a three course dinner in the King’s Room, inspired by a menu from a restaurant visited in Soho by Rex during his time mixing with society’s finest.

There may even be an appearance from Rex himself!

Tickets include a cocktail on arrival, three course dinner, a glass of wine, and coffee. Additional drinks available to buy on the evening.

Dinner will be seated around five tables of ten guests. If you wish to be seated with friends who book separately, please specify their names in the ‘Menu Choices and Seating Requests’ box at the time of booking.
Menu choices are required by Monday 23rd September and can be included in the ‘Menu Choices and Seating Requests’ box at the time of booking or emailed to lucybridal@salisburymuseum.org.uk
