Come and be inspired just in time for Valentine’s Day!

Curated by our Young Producers Lab, a group of young people that meets weekly at the museum, Love Tokens Through Time showcases some of the most wonderful valentine cards from our collection, most of which have never been on display. Spanning the late 18th through to early 20th centuries, this exhibition seeks to discover the history of the valentine card industry, why it expanded so much during the Victorian era and creatively explores the stories that these cards might hold.
