Salisbury Museum Annual General Meeting

Wednesday, June 25, 2025 

The Annual General Meeting of the Salisbury and South Wiltshire Museum Trust will be held at Salisbury Museum on Wednesday 25 June 2025 at 6pm for the following purposes:

1. Apologies.

2. To receive the Minutes of the AGM held on the 12 July 2024.

3. To receive the Chairman’s Statement.

4. To consider and adopt the Company’s Accounts and Reports of the Trustees and Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2024.

5. To consider the appointment of Trustees under article 13 (a) (vi). David Edmonds offers himself for re-election as a Trustee. Katie Blackwood, Lloyd Slater, Marcus Thorpe, Michael Wade and Tom Wright offer themselves for election as Trustees.

6. To consider the appointment of the Auditors of the company.

7. To consider any other business of which notice has been given and which complies with the Companies Act (2006).

Explanatory Notes:

(a) Any nomination to any vacancy on the Board of Trustees must be made on the form available from the Company Secretary and should be returned to the Company Secretary not later than 18 June 2025. Nominations to the board must be approved by the Trustees prior to submission.

(b) Any member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy (who must be a Member) (Article 35). Proxy forms are obtainable from the Company Secretary with whom they must be deposited not less than 48 hours before the meeting (Article 37).
