Thursday, November 21, 2024

Doors and Drinks 7pm, Talk 7:30pm, Museum Hall

Join Dr Eloise Kane for a talk on the 2019 excavations of Clarendon Palace.

This talk will present the findings of the first modern excavation of Clarendon Palace, which took place in 2019 and was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. In addition to looking at the structures and artefacts that were unearthed, it will also cover the first scientific dates for the site, and look at how specialist analysis is adding to the story of Clarendon and informing the potential for future work at the site.
