No need to book!
This May half term the museum is proud to host the Forest School of Dance who will be bringing their maypole teams, alongside well known locals Sarum Morris, to dance for everyone in the museum garden.
With no Cuckoo Fair in Downton and no Spring Fayre at the museum this year we have invited the local dance groups to create this fun family day at the museum to celebrate the arrival of spring in a truly traditional style.
As well as dances by the May pole teams and Sarum Morris there will be bell stick making in the museum so all the audience can join in with this musical merriment.
Museum opens 10am – 5pm
